Place is kept clean and organized. The technicians coordinate together like a "Well oiled" machine 9~D. Friendly and attentive and highly efficient. They have a discount for veterans and they're just as friendly and efficient about topping off whenever necessary at no additional charge. I recommend the team in Mt Zion and plan to continue relying on them for my Oil, Filters, Wipers, Tire Pressure and fluid levels.

This was my first experience at Take 5 and it was nothing short of excellent! It took a little longer than normal due to the way my car is made, but everything was clearly explained each step of the way. Both Braydon and Richard provided outstanding customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Friendly service oil change, filters, tires pressures checked, all fluids checked, wipers checked, windows washed....given cold bottle of water to drink ...meter set to remind me when next oil change is due.....Jacob, Matt, and the other guys are great to answer questions and very service minded. Been a customer since opening day and so is my family. Great service!

Told me I needed a filter changed from the inside of my cab, pulled my entire dashboard / glove box fixture out and broke the brackets holding it together - not only did they do this but the "filter" they were trying to say I needed replaced wasn't even in stock. I have video of the entire interaction - including the staff on site having a pow wow around the computer to fix / understand the situation. Not only will I never take my car here again but I encourage anyone to think twice before seeking their services - and DEFINITELY DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING EXTRA - Currently pursuing them in court and : they gave me a gift card for services, discounts, Texas Roadhouse appetizers as consolation. Thanks. That makes my car normal again. That makes my transportation to work more reliable.
